Campaign centered around the theme of "Discover Philadelphia's OTHER Square", to promote it as a unique destination rivaling popular urban locales like Rittenhouse, Washington, and Logan Squares. 2nd phase campaign used the "Discover" platform to inform potential residents about how they could live "bigger, better and smarter" at Waterfront Square.
